Susan Cleary
— Founder

Susan Cleary attended AMI college Sion Hill Blackrock and achieved a Diploma in Montessori Education. She founded the school with her husband Harvey in January 1994 and has worked in the classroom for all those years bringing both her love of the Montessori method and materials and her experience as a mother of three young children to work each day. She is a former member of the Irish Montessori Education Board, the Parents Teacher Association of Guardian Angels National School, is a member of the Board of Management in Blackrock Collegeand has lectured in The College of Progressive Education.

Aoife Cannon
— Manager

Aoife Cannon is from County Dublin. She holds an Honours degree in Early Years Education and also an Advanced Diploma in Montessori Education and Management. She worked as a Montessori teacher in a Dublin school for six years and also worked in a school in Australia. In her spare time she enjoys reading, walks and cooking.

 

Caoimhe McHugh
— Assistant Manager

Caoimhe McHugh is from Roundwood, Co. Wicklow. She holds an Honors Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Caoimhe has worked as a Montessori Teacher since 2017 in a school in Dublin.She is trained in Diversity and Inclusion and Child Protection. She enjoys hiking in the hills of wicklow and going to the gym.

 

Ciara Brennan
— Assistant Manager

Ciara is a native of Firhouse, Co.Dublin. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She has worked for many years in different schools around Dublin. She is very active and loves the outdoors and spending time with her nephew.

 

Lucia Stamper

Lucia Stampar is a native of Zagreb, Croatia and holds a master’s in Social Pedagogy and is qualified in Leadership for Inclusion in Early Years. She has taught in schools in Dublin and Croatia. Lucia has volunteered in children’s homes in Cape Town and Croatia and with education and rehabilitation services. In her spare time Lucia enjoys yoga and dance classes.

 

Stephanie Reid

Stephanie Reid is from Dublin and has a degree from Trinity in Irish Studies, a Higher Diploma in Montessori and Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Leadership in Early Childhood Education. Stephanie has many years experience working in Early Childhood settings across Dublin & Wicklow. In her spare time she enjoys playing piano, basketball and further Education. 

 

Helen O'Brien

Helen O’Brien is originally from Kilkenny, now living in Monkstown, Co. Dublin. Helen has Degree in Montessori education from St Nicholas Montessori College. In her spare time Helen enjoys running, the gym and baking.

 

Caoimhe Cray
Afterschool Manager

Caoimhe is a native of Ballinteer, Co. Dublin and currently resides in Blackrock. She holds a BA Degree in Irish and English, and a diploma in Montessori and Early Childhood Education. She has worked in schools in Dublin   Canada. She is a proud Mam to her young son and enjoys tutoring, crafting and spending time with friends. 

 

Doireann O'Reilly
Assistant Manager

Doireann is a native of Co. Tipperary and has a BA Degree in English and Psychology from Dublin City University. She has worked in a summer camp in Canada and spent many years volunteering with special needs schools. In her spare time she enjoys reading and baking.
