Susan ClearySusan Cleary
— Founder

Susan Cleary attended AMI college Sion Hill Blackrock and achieved a Diploma in Montessori Education. She founded the school with her husband Harvey in January 1994 and has worked in the classroom for all those years bringing both her love of the Montessori method and materials and her experience as a mother of three young children to work each day. She is a former member of the Irish Montessori Education Board, the Parents Teacher Association of Guardian Angels National School, is a member of the Board of Management in Blackrock Collegeand has lectured in The College of Progressive Education.

Rachael MurphyRachael Murphy

Rachael Murphy is a native of Foxrock, Co. Dublin. She has a Degree in Montessori education and has taught in Dublin since 2010. Rachael enjoys keeping fit, baking and cooking.


Aoife CannonAoife Cannon

Aoife Cannon is from County Dublin and received her Advanced Diploma in Montessori Education and Management from the Liberties College Dublin. She worked as a Montessori teacher in a Dublin school for six years and also worked in Australia. In her spare time she enjoys reading, the gym and cooking.


Rachel JarrettRachel Jarrett

Rachel is a native of County Wicklow and has an Honours Degree in Montessori Education from Saint Nicholas Montessori College. She has taught in schools in Wicklow and in Vancouver, Canada. Rachel is a World Champion black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys baking, art and keeping fit, she has also volunteered working with a Wicklow Special Needs tag rugby team.


Grace O’ RourkeGrace O’ Rourke

Grace O’ Rourke is a native of Bray Co. Wicklow. She holds a diploma in Montessori Education and a Degree in Early Childhood Studies. Grace has worked as a Montessori teacher and Special needs assistant in schools in Dublin. In her spare time she enjoys photography and cooking.


Aida García BartoloméAida García Bartolomé

Aida García Bartolomé is from Murcia in Spain. She holds Qualifications in Early Childhood Teaching and Education from the University of Mucia and Politechnical University of Madrid. Aida has worked in Early Years in both Spain and Ireland. Aida plays Guitar, Piano and Cello . In her spare time she enjoys hiking and reading.


Rebecca O’ConnorRebecca O’Connor

Rebecca O’Connor is from Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow. She holds an Honors Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Rebecca has spent the past 5 years working in a Montessori & Creche in Dublin, with training in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. She loves animals ,going to the Gym and did Irish dancing for 15 years.


Caoimhe McHughCaoimhe McHugh

Caoimhe McHugh is from Roundwood, Co. Wicklow. She holds an Honors Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Caoimhe has worked as a Montessori Teacher since 2017 in a school in Dublin.She is trained in Diversity and Inclusion and Child Protection. She enjoys hiking in the hills of wicklow and going to the gym.


Caoimhe McHughMolly Agnew

Molly Agnew is from Blackrock County Dublin. She holds qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Nutrition. She has worked as an Afterschool co-ordinator in Dublin for the past 6 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, travelling and keeping fit.
